Navigating Life’s Big Changes - with Conflict Coaching

What is Conflict Coaching?

Conflict isn’t just about disagreements with others—it’s also the tension inside you. It’s the frustration of dealing with difficult people, the uncertainty of making a big career move, or the internal battle of knowing what you want but feeling held back.

You don’t have to navigate these struggles alone.

Conflict coaching gives you the clarity, confidence, and structure to move forward with purpose when faced with external AND internal struggles.

This is for you if…

✔️ You’re stuck in a difficult professional or personal situation and nee
support charting a way forward.
✔️ You feel drained by workplace dynamics and want to handle them with ease.
✔️ You’re debating a career or life change but don’t know the next step.
✔️ You want to better manage frustration, emotions, and difficult
conversations.
✔️ You’re tired of overthinking and ready to take action

What You Can Expect

A private 12-week conflict coaching retainer designed to give you:

Clarity – Understand what’s holding you back and what you really want.
A Plan – Create actionable steps to reach your goal.
Accountability – Stay on track and break through limiting beliefs.
Confidence – Handle conflict (internal and external) with ease.

Your coaching retainer includes:

✔️ Weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions – Personalized guidance for your challenges.
✔️ Unlimited email & WhatsApp support – Get help when you need it most.
✔️ Tailored action plans and resources – Practical steps to keep you moving forward.
✔️ A safe, non-judgmental space – A place to process + learn to regulate emotions and gain new perspectives.

What you need to bring

To get the most out of coaching, you need:

A BIG goal – Something meaningful you want to achieve, whether it’s a career shift, a difficult conversation, or a major life change.

A commitment to work – Coaching isn’t just about talking; it’s about action. You need to be ready to challenge limiting beliefs and take real steps forward.

A willingness to be honest with yourself – Growth requires self-awareness. You must be open to exploring your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—even the uncomfortable ones—to create real change.

If you’re willing to show up for yourself, I’ll be there every step of the way to help you remove obstacles and build a clear, confident path forward.

This is not for you if….

  • You’re looking for someone to fix things for you without putting in the work.

  • You’re unwilling to challenge your current perspectives and explore new possibilities.
You want a quick-fix solution instead of a process that builds lasting confidence and clarity.

  • You’re not ready to take ownership of your choices and actions.
You believe a coach needs to look or sound a certain way to be effective.

  • If you’re expecting someone who fits a narrow mold, I’m not for you.

  • You think a coach is a consultant OR has magic fairy dust and will just give you all the answers. Coaching is about your growth, not my prescriptions.

  • You’re seeking therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented—it’s not a substitute for licensed therapeutic care.

Man with locs thinking.

Coaching is a powerful tool, but it only works if you are committed to the process.

Well, how much is it?

Don’t you hate it when you get all the way through one of these pages and the person doesn’t tell you how much the dang program costs—or worse, makes you book a call just to find out it’s way out of reach?

Your Investment for 12 Weeks: $3,500

This isn’t just coaching—it’s a commitment to yourself.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll dig deep, break through the patterns holding you back, and build a personalized plan for sustainable, joyful change. If you’re ready to step into clarity, confidence, and action—I’d be honored to support you.

But coaching is a two-way street. It only works if we’re the right fit. That’s why I offer a free Meet + Greet call before we begin. You’ll get the chance to ask questions, share your goals, and see if this experience matches what you need. I’ll also be honest about whether this is the right time for us to work together.

Spots are limited, and I open each 12-week retainer to a set number of clients.

And because I believe in access and equity, at least 20% of my one-on-one coaching spots are reserved for people who’ve been laid off, hit a rough patch, or simply can’t afford coaching at this level—but would squeeze every drop of value out of it to make big changes.

If that’s you—don’t count yourself out. Get on the waitlist and raise your hand when the time comes. I see you.

Commonly Asked Questions

  • No, I do not offer refunds—but let me explain why. Before you commit, we’ll have a Meet + Greet call where you can interview me to ensure I’m the right coach for you, and I’ll also assess whether you’re truly ready for this level of coaching. This call is designed to help us both make an informed decision, so once you commit, we move forward with full focus and dedication.

  • This is accelerated coaching—designed to get you into action as quickly as possible. I only work with people who are serious about making bold moves and ready to shed limiting beliefs and obstacles. If you're looking for a space to just talk about big changes without actually taking action, I’m not the right coach for you. But if you're ready to do the work and make things happen, we’ll use these 12 weeks to create powerful, lasting change.

  • That’s a great question. I currently run these coaching containers three times a year.

The first 12-week container starts in January and runs through March.

The second 12-week container starts in May and runs through July.

The third and final 12-week containers starts in September and runs through November.

First, you set up a Meet+Greet with me. If we’re a YES, second, I’ll send you an invoice and all of your onboarding materials. Once you’re paid and I receive your onboarding materials, I’ll send you an invite for our first session, which will begin at the start the next 12-week retainer.

  • One-time coaching sessions are only available to former clients who have completed the 12-week retainer and need a little extra support down the road. If we've worked together before and you need a refresher or a strategic check-in, I'm happy to offer a one-off session when needed.

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give me at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll find another time. If you miss a call without prior notice, rescheduling will be at my discretion.

  • I’m part of the digital nomad club, so the best way for us to connect is online via Google Meet or Zoom. This allows us to work together no matter where you are in the world.

  • I do travel for leadership coaching and team facilitation. While I’m open to traveling for one-on-one coaching, it’s handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, travel costs will be detailed in a custom proposal based on your specific needs.

  • Yes, virtual mediations are possible! However, participation in a facilitated conversation is always voluntary. Before scheduling, I meet with both parties separately to determine whether mediation is the best approach. Pricing for facilitated conversations is provided via custom proposal.
